Move For 30 Day 10 – Tips for Maintaining a Healthy Weight

I’m working to stay in shape so I don’t have to limit my choices. I also like the way I feel and look when I’m maintaining my weight.

Along those lines I thought I’d share a couple of my favorite tips for maintaining a healthy weight.

1 – Drink lots of water – water helps with weight loss because it helps you feel full and gives you more energy so you can stay active. Also many times you feel hungry you’re really thirsty so drinking water helps reduce calorie intake!

2 – No Snacks after dinner. This is a big one because a lot of times we do great during the day and then blow it at night by snacking. If this sounds familiar try implementing this rule and you’ll see a big difference!

3- The last one is to move everyday. Being active is fun. Exercise helps build muscle, increases your metabolism and burns calories.

If maintaining weight is a goal for you I hope these tips help and if you want more DM me!

So, what motivates you to stay active and fit?

The 5 Best Supplements for Health and Wellness

Why supplement? You can get a lot of nutrients from raw food however when food is cooked it becomes less nutritious. Also over farming degrades what was once nutrient dense soil. WHAT TO LOOK FOR IN A SUPPLEMENT – Quality – Source – Bio-availability – Delivery Method OMEGA 3 FATTY ACIDS For heart health, eye health, may help with arthritis, ADHD, Alzheimer’s Dementia and depression. Krill is generally the most potent and cleanest source of Omega 3. PROBIOTICS For gut health. Delivery method is huge here because most supplements only deliver a small fraction of live probiotics to your intestines. Many die in stomach acid. Look for liquid forms or technology designed to protect live bacteria through the acidic environment of the stomach. VITAMIN D Vitamin D is a hormone and plays an important role in over 650 functions in the body. While we can make our own most people are deficient. For energy, immunity and bone density. VITAMIN C Only a few mamals don’t make their own vitamin C. ...
