Day One is a simple way to journal. It’s easy to quickly enter your thoughts and memories and have them synced and backed up in the cloud. Day One is well designed and extremely focused to encourage you to write more. I love how easy it is to use and that I can incorporate pictures from my phone directly into my journal.

 Insight-Timer  

I start every day with Insight Timer. Insight Timer is a free meditation app that provides you with a daily meditation practice. One of my favorite parts of Insight Timer is that it’s free! When you became a member of Insight Timer you’re encouraged to meditate for as long as you like, there are no monthly fees or lockdowns. It’s a fantastic app whether you’re new to meditation or an accomplished Yogi!

  It All Adds Up I recently went to the doctor’s for my annual check-up and I got a clean bill of health! While checking out I noticed a sign with four simple things anyone can do to stay healthy at any age. It occurred to me that I do all of those things so I thought I’d share them with you here in this live video. Four Things! 1 – Move Even moderate exercise on a consistent basis can have a big impact on your health. Look for fun things to do on the weekend that keep you moving and active. I like bike riding, skiing, running, and disc golf! 2 – Get enough sleep Have a solid bed time to help ensure you get enough rest for your body to repair and refresh.
