NICE TO MEET YOU, I’M STEVE STEARNS

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to have the energy you did when you were 20?

steve stearns 365You remember your 20’s right? You could work all week and then go, go,go on the weekend (no naps required!) You didn’t have aches and pains and you could sleep anywhere and wake up refreshed and ready to go. There were no limitations.  You could do, virtually,  anything you wanted and your body would cooperate.

When I turned the big “50” in 2012 I had all but forgotten what it was like to feel amazing. Don’t get me wrong, I felt good “for my age”, but I didn’t have the energy I used to. Too often I’d be asleep on the couch about 30 minutes after getting home from work. And even though I was tired I didn’t sleep great. I felt “groggy” when I woke up in the morning. Then I would walk like an OLD MAN for the first 10 or 15 minutes until the stiffness slowly went away. The worst part was, I thought all of this was just a normal part of getting older.

Then Everything Changed!

Steve Stearns bikingEverything changed for me when a friend introduced me to clean eating and natural detoxing. I must admit I was pretty skeptical at first. I was already eating really well so I couldn’t see how making a few changes was going to make a any significant difference. Still, I gave it a try. Well, I was absolutely blown away by what happened.

After making simple and easy changes to my diet I started sleeping better. Those aches and pains I had been chalking up to old age completely went away! But even better than that, I found I had more energy! I wasn’t falling asleep on the couch half an hour after getting home from work anymore. My thinking became clearer and more focused and I even lost that spare tire. In fact, I got back to my high school weight! (a number I never thought I’d see on the scales again!)

Turns out 50 years of toxins built up in my system were sabotaging my health and causing me to feel older than I should. I had literally forgotten how great I was supposed to feel.

Destined to Help Others

I was so excited about what happened to me I wanted to share it with everyone. It was like I had discovered the fountain of youth! When I was presented with the opportunity to build my own multi-million dollar business and share this incredible, transformational program – I jumped at the chance. I feel destined to help others, like you,  discover what I did, that you don’t have to deal with  “old age aches and pains” and that you can feel incredible again! You can have the same energy you had when you were in your 20’s and start living a life without limits again.

I’m super excited to meet you. Let me know how I can add value to you and help you feel great again!

Steve Stearns

5 Ways to Support Your Immune System

What is Your Immune System Your immune system is your, invisible-shield which helps protect you from various diseases. It’s a complex system and while strengthening it or boosting it sounds like a smart idea the ability to do that has been difficult for researchers to nail down. However, there are simple lifestyle changes you can make to support your immune system.   Keeping your hands clean helps  prevent the spread of germs and germs can  attack your immune system.  When should you wash your hands?  Before eating,  After using the bathroom, After petting and animal  After coming in contact with someone who is sick.  To wash thoroughly sing one verse of Happy Birthday! 4 Simple Things That Lead to Good Health

It All Adds Up I recently went to the doctor’s for my annual check-up and I got a clean bill of health! While checking out I noticed a sign with four simple things anyone can do to stay healthy at any age. It occurred to me that I do all of those things so I thought I’d share them with you here in this live video. Four Things! 1 – Move Even moderate exercise on a consistent basis can have a big impact on your health. Look for fun things to do on the weekend that keep you moving and active. I like bike riding, skiing, running, and disc golf! 2 – Get enough sleep Have a solid bed time to help ensure you get enough rest for your body to repair and refresh. Most sleep professionals say 7-8 hours is good for adults . 3- Eat real food Avoid eating processed foods and foods with ingredients you can’t pronounce. Generally, these don’t contain the nutrients your body needs for optimal health. 4 – uh….oh no I forgot # 4! Ok so you’ll notice I forgot # 4 (thank goodness my doc wasn’t testin...
