The Secret to Increased Energy at Any Age

My daughter is 8, (I know I kind of started over again) and If you’ve ever spent anytime with an 8 year old you know what energy is. Young kids seem to have an endless supply of energy and they don’t walk anywhere. They are always on the run. How many times have you said “I wish I could bottle that!”  It would be nice, but I don’t know of anyway to do it. However, I do know of a natural way to dramatically increase your energy at any age.

What happened to all your energy anyway?

We were all 8 once and we all had that amazing energy. What happened to it? Over time a combination of external toxins (Exogenous) and internal toxins (Endogenous) built up in your system and caused your energy levels to drop.

Exogenous toxins are found in the environment. The water you drink, processed foods, heavy metals, prescription medicines and preservatives are some of the more common sources of exogenous toxins.

Endogenous toxins are produced within your body as a result of digestive difficulties, poor eating habits and other biochemical processes.[1]

Your body is designed to eliminate toxins naturally through your skin, kidneys, intestines, lungs and liver.[2] However, with the amount of external toxins found in modern life, these systems can become overwhelmed resulting in toxic build up. This build up of toxins puts a strain on your body which can cause all sorts of health issues including low energy.

What can you do to increase your energy today?

The best way to regain the natural energy you had when you were young is to detox and rid your body of the toxic build up. The process is really very simple:

  1. Stop bringing toxins in
  2. Support your elimination organs so they can get rid of the toxic build up.

This simple approach is achieved by making small changes to your diet. Eating foods with nutrients that support your elimination organs and avoiding foods that are burdensome on them.

How do you know if a detox could help?

One great way to measure whether or not a detox could help restore your energy is to assess how you feel when you wake up in the morning. Since your body does most of it’s housecleaning while you sleep the way you feel when you wake up in the morning is a good indication of how overworked your natural detox systems are. If you wake up feeling tired and like you didn’t sleep at all it’s a good chance you have a real toxic backlog.

Summary

By eliminating certain foods and providing the body what it needs to naturally detox you can regain the energy you had when you were younger. In a VERY short time you’ll find you feel better than you have in years! You’ll have more energy and more choices!

5 Ways to Support Your Immune System

What is Your Immune System Your immune system is your, invisible-shield which helps protect you from various diseases. It’s a complex system and while strengthening it or boosting it sounds like a smart idea the ability to do that has been difficult for researchers to nail down.
